Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got in early this morning and took a nap. Needless to say, didnt get much sleep last night. Anyways, thought I could handle a long run. It was hot out. humidity was unfamiliar also... Went out with Aaron on a second lake. Dropped him off them went down Harcourt, up MLK to Shaker, Shaker up around SHHS, then N. Woodland down fairmont back to the house. I was going to go lee to make it 14, but I was hurting. After dropping Aaron off, my pace slowed down, and my legs started to get really weak. I had to walk some sections too, which I dont like to do... Upper body was fine, but my legs are jsut burnt out. I have run like 10 days in a row. I think I am going to xtrain and jog like 3 or 4 easy tomorrow. The miles are catching up. Probably take of Mon or Tuesday. I was sooo tired and dehydrated on this run, and overall felt like crap.
Got back, cooled off with the hose, then stretched a little on the front lawn. L7 out there, then roll, leg hangs and planks upstairs. I am beat, and need to get some sleep tonight. Now we see what lack of sleep does to your training.
