Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Definitely tired after yesterdays run. Went out around 2, hot time. Ran down to Carlton and ellipticalled to get in some extra cardio. I feel like that makes it 55 on the week. After ellipticalling, wen out up edgehill, Hampshire to coventry, then back down edgehill. Felt better than yesterday. A few stitches here and there, and felt slower than usual. My pace hasnt been that good lately, might be because a lot of my runs were alone this week. I really want to start running with people again.
At carlton, did abs while watching more James Bond. Left a huge puddle of sweat. I am just dripping during these runs... Ran back tot he house, and felt pretty good on that one.
Stretch, L7, roll upstairs, and some ankle stuff. Still a little tender... Might take tomorrow off. If not then then Ill take Tuesday off because I am going for 60 next week. Fit in a double there.
