st. albans: recovery (sidewalk and a bit of glover)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
can't decide whether it was smart to run for a second time today or not. on the one hand, it was nice to losen my muscles after not stretching earlier today, and feel like i was finishing up that run (almost like a recover...today's earlier run wasn't really fully satisfying the way i had to rush 'n all)
on the other hand, my body is a bit run down (can't decide if too run down) and the beginning of the run was miserable in which the pace felt to fast for recovery and my uncomfortably lazy muscles were complaining. finally i had a downhill to shake my legs out and felt much better.

i think i need to get new shoes. i'll haveta pay attention to how my feet treat me over the next week or two. (hopefully i'll remember to actually go to the running store)

not a huge fan of this new push-up progression. not that i particularly mind it, but i miss the sense of accomplishment i achieved by doing crunches.
