Huntin/Ridgeline loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran with the guys for the Tue night run - 2nd time since the end of march. Came in with some achilles soreness, but left with some legit L knee pain. F.

First 2/3 of the run was tiring; previously these runs were very easy and slow. Now: the guys (namely Craig) are more fit, and I'm tired/less fit! It was a tough climb to the near-top of Spencer. Got some gut rot and deuce urge, so I went at the porta at the parking lot.

On the descent: began to feel a bit of L medial knee pain. Post-run stretching it: significantly sore. Shit! The same shit as AR. Uh-oh.

I'm hoping: 1. It mostly settled down pre-WS, 2. WS (and poor run form) flared it, 3. The 4 wk post-WS settled it down (partially), 4. The hard runs over the weekend (maybe/maybe not aggravated by the heel lift) re-flared it. Either way, it sucks.
