Got up and ran again. It was raining out this morning, which was suprisingly pleasant. Our front tree got TPed last night. Startled me. Its all soggy and nasty now. Also, I think Blaire Skynyrded me... anyways ran down edgehill and cornell. There was some bike race going on on Euclid, so I couldnt cross the street. Went through little Italy, back up edgehill, then did some loop around derbyshire. I felt pretty springy and good this morning. Knee was alittle tight at times, and my ankle was sore. Also, I tweaked my left hammy when I was coming back, I hope it feels better this afternoon. Feels awfully tight.

Got back right before the big rain. Stretch, L7, roll and pushups upstairs. Feeling ok after, not a terrible mroning run, but my hammy and ankle feel tight.
