Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I haven't been doing the so-called "Essentials."
I've only been doing the #1 essential, running.
I haven't done a crunch all summer. I've done maybe 10 pushups. I bought a new exercise mat, maybe that will make it easier to do abs and such after my runs. I could at least be doing planks and pushups. That should take no longer than 5 minutes, and I've been quite pressed for time lately.
