Went to Dyer Park to do hills with dad. 20 min warmup, 10 x long hill 400m up and down no stopping with short break half way after 5. Pretty fast pace just over 7 min miles on last 5. Total time for 5 miles of hills (10 hills) was 36:15. 1 mile cool-down.
