Comments:
I headed to South Chagrin Reservation to run my 18 miler this morning. I ran for two hours so the goal was to average 6:40 pace in order to hit the distance. Based on how it felt, I think this is what I did but there is no real way to tell, so I think I'll say it was almost 18. I felt real good though, and went for 1:43, going far out on the bridle path towards bedford before returning the the car, getting some water + a snack, and then running the last 17 minutes to chagrin river rd and back via the trails.

95% of my run was in the shade and I loved the scenery. It was real good.

Stretching, Rolling, Abs, Push-Ups, Hips.
