Row River Trail Bike w/Britt

Comments:
Lazy AM with B, then we went biking on the Row River trail. Bought a new hydration running/shoudler pack and used that on the ride.

Very easy ride; it was B's first "real" ride, so we kept it easy. Busy trail on the front end of the lake, then nice and quite out to Sharps Cr camp, then back. Took 3.75hr, which was quite a long time for 40M, but oh well. HR around 90-110 the whole time.
