Comments:
Ran out 5 to the bike path and then back. I split 2 minutes faster on the way back as it picked it up a bit; the temperature this morning was perfect, nice and cool. I thought it might rain but it held off until later on once i was done.
Stretching, Rolling, Abs, Push-Ups.
