Got back from campus pretty early, so I planned to meet Corey at the house. Paul joined. We didnt really plan on a specific distance. Went out SP, ended up going on Shaker up to Warrensville, then down Shelburne, Eaton to SP, then back NP. I was feeling pretty beat today. Head and legs just werent in it. I hung in the back most of the run, and just grudged through. Swim tomorrow to rest... Ankle felt better then yesterday yea. Saw Sly running on first lake too! WHoa!

Got back and did 3 striders to loosen up and get some of the acheness out. Those were decent. Then stretch, L7 outside. Roll and a lil abs upstairs. My floor is covered in clothes so...

I am wondering if I should be lifting now... School and practice are gonna start soon, and I want to loose a little more weight because I think I am still above cross race weight... I just dont want it to be to tough once we start circuits at practice.
