Good Night

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: dark and buggy

Comments:
1. 60 min medium run with 4x5 min of FIRE (it took me a really long time to figure out that I had to do 4 sets of 5 minutes. I kept on switching up the numbers and the orders. I ended up getting it right though!)
2. The light on my watch is broken, so I couldn't see the time during my FIRE because it was dark. Instead, I did 4x1200 repeats on the track so I knew when to stop.
3. roads (gravel when possible), track for FIRE
4. I felt pretty good! Although I wish I could have run faster, I think that this was the best workout I had all summer.
5. 6.5 hrs
6. no pain, but my ankle is still swollen from dropping the scoretable on it six weeks ago! One thing I did notice though is that sometimes, (like at the beginning of my run tonight), it feels tickle-ish
