Today felt great

Weather: Wonderful, sunny, and warm

Comments:
We ran down to Hawthorn and did three loops. The first was as fast as we had ever done. The second was the fastest ever until the third, which we did in 15:40. The faster we ran, the better we felt. It was just incredible.
