these swims are starting to really make me tired when i get home....talked with coach lanese before this swim so i had some pump up still in me, probably like 15 minutes quicker than usual....btw these swims have been taking me anywhere inbetween 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes depending on how much sleep, what i have eaten, and how crowded the pool is
