Osborn Park - This was yet another ugly run, as I began with no intention of pushing the pace and cramped up. I started out tight and never really got loose. This week, I've felt horrible every day that I took easy and pretty good every day I've stuck to my normal pace. I have been all over the place this week because I am fighting myself. I'm trying to push myself and "take time off" at the same time. Now that's over and I can start looking ahead to this fall.
