I really did not feel like running tonight because I'm feeling a bit under the weather and my stomach was dodgy from my day but I went anyways and decided to do an EASY 3 mile run. It was easy because I was doing over 10 min miles. I do feel happy that I went and I did not push myself whatsoever.
