Home, La Brea, Suspiro, Petra, Bayou Trail past Addicks Clodine to tree and back
8:10AM. Felt really groggy and sore when I started out, loosened up and tried not to think about the heat, saw a dog out along the fence, all bark and no bite thankfully, surprised that I was just under 7 min pace at the turnaround, about a 55 second negative splits, no time to stretch before mass, may feel this run tomorrow morning.
