Weather: retreated from the rain and wind in the Feild House

Comments:
3 X 10' @ LT/3'

Was supposed to do 4 intervals, had to stop at 3 because the FH was closing. Also my left foot was overheating. Brand new shoes.

Hard to keep my heartrate at/over 175 because of the short turns in the Field House. Have to work harder outside.
