the good, the bad, and the incredibly ugly

long run. probably the worst run all summer. i've been tired, probably been dehydrated, and felt bad in general on runs before, but today was just an awful combination of everything. met chris kelly at the xcfh around 9:30, he was joinging me for 10 of my long run so i wouldn't have to do too much alone. ran 29ish minutes before getting there. felt asleep during that whole time though. then when i started with chris i felt okay, but wanted to stop for water after like 3 miles. we did, and then i still felt alright for a bit, but then it just started to feel really really awful. my mouth was dry and it just seemed harder to breath. we stopped two more times for water i think and i just stopped at the house instead of heading back to the village. cut my long run by 2 miles, and prevents me from hitting 70 for the week. my legs felt destroyed most of the rest of the day too. one more week before the little "reset" coach planned, so i think it'll be fine. hopefully things feel better tomorrow and later into the week.
