i can see the morning creeping up on us

ran in the mid afternoon down mlk. hadn't been there in a while so i just headed down that way for a while. went out with the idea that as soon as i felt tired i'd turn around and head back. got out about 22 minutes, and turned around. slowed down on the way back. after yesterday i just wanted to take it easy and feel a bit better. still feeling really weird and lacking confidence after yesterday's run. i know how important my long runs are so i'll give it another go this week.
