I was pretty tired today but I knew if I did a long(er) run then I'd have a better chance at meeting my weekly goal of 20-21 miles. I stopped once and walked for about 30 seconds. I stretched bigtime when I got home and I know I need to do some yoga to make sure my muscles don't get too tight!
