I got some plyo's from Jeff today: jump-squat, jump-up, jump-down. Didn't do too many ups/downs, but I did a couple sets of the squats at work, then again today at Anytime.

The knee was a bit sketch after the run/bike yesterday -- and it felt the early plyos a bit -- so I only ran 0.5mi on the treadmill as warmup. It felt like "pre-pain" at 5min, so I stopped.

Did my lift per usual with no pain. Did goblet squats in the session, then did 2x 12 or so jump-squats. No pain.

Circuits afterwards. Studied at Max's Tavern again after a quick dinner. Another good looking bartender that apparently also likes old guys...or at least knows how to get $ out of us! :)
