Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Met up with E-Town to long run today. Its much better to run with people than alone for long runs. Ran from Squaw Rock. First did the polo fields loop for 8 then ran up the Som trail and down som for the other 10. Pretty plesant run. Left me very satisfied. I also think this it a time PR since I've never run over 2 hours before. Took a nap for 5 hours afterward. It was legit.
