Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Meant to get up and run around 7, didn't get out the door until 9:15. Planned to run from home to Toulon and back through downtown, but instead came home past McKinley so I could get some water. Run started off well, but I was kinda dehydrated. Didn't really have a negative affect, just convinced me to change my route. Was going to go 10, but the route change shortened it, but its not a big deal really. Felt good overall.
Bear, 4x1' planks front both sides back, hips, some chest stuff, and buddies from 10 alone. followed by some stretching.
