Comments:
i was going to do 5x2min but instead went to the track and was going to do 600s which are around 2min. Did 2 at 1:55 then the heat killed me. My last 3 were 200 hard and 400 slower tempo pace. 200 splits were 30,29,28 and a 400 recovery in between each interval.
