Spencer trails

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went down the the High School to run. Drove down with Max. Really small group, the team looks kinda iffy this year. Mackenzie was there though, so I had someone to run with that I knew. We went out on a regular old spencer trails, pace was easy going out, picked it up on the way back. Added on a Boynton mile to make it 8. Over stretched my ankle right when we started, so it was sore most of the run. Talked to CW today and he showed me some strengthenng. Thats what needs to be done now. It can become better over time. Now I jst need to wear the brace to prevent it from over stretching again. Saying that, I took it pretty easy on the trail its self, with all the railroad track and shit. Hammered on the way back with Mackenzie down spencer and Cayuga.

Got back, did foot drills in the parking lot before driving home. Stretch, L7, med ball hammy stuff, roll and planks in the living room.

New shoes today. Upgraded to the 4 which is cool. They felt really good.

A side note, the parking lot of IHS looks like ground zero. There is no where to park. WTF did they do...
