well, i probably won't be able to take a cross train day this week while trying to get 70, and i'm probably going to double on thursday or friday because i just wasn't feeling this run. planned on at least 9, but it was hotter than i expected and i was sore from something, not sure what. whatever. getting through this week. last full week of work and moving in to michaelson on saturday!
