  Comments: 
did some intervals on the track cause it was cool out, but the rain turned into a hail storm and i couldn't even see the locker room across the track. I got a few welts from all the hail too haha. I did 3x800 and 2x200. Splits were (2:50,2:51,2:44,27,28) and 400 jog in between. I'm slowly building up my intervals so i'll be good to go this season.
