way too fucking cold, 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 in 73, 2:34, 3:53, 5:12, 3:49, 2:28, 67, rest was 2 min except after the 1600 which was 3 min,started feeling like crap after the first 800, breathing was really bad i just couldn't get any air in my lungs, the 1600 and second 1200 hurt and the 800 was unexpectedly fast, good workout i guess but damn tough in the middle
