Pretty tough Distance Pyramid, weather didn't help...but it got better eventually. 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Two minutes rest between each interval, plus a longer one after the mile. Stomach felt weird, and got gapped pretty badly on some intervals...but whatever, ended allright.
