Exercise Type: Bike

A nice day off. I was real lazy today. Played a lot of Wii and watched TV and chilled. Finally got down to the bike. Felt good no problems. Still amazing how far I have come, and how this training will get me prepared. Ankle still hurts at the breaking point, but it is feeling a little better. Unfortunately, its going to nag so I need to keep an eye on it. Burned exactly 400 calories.
Upstairs to stretch, hips, roll, L7, hammy stuff and planks. NOVA was on... Kinda tired afterward. Double tomorrow.
