Woke up early again but didn't feel like studying PEDS a ton. It looked really nice and calm out, so I decided to roll an early bike ride.
I was WRONG about the wind. It was windy as FUCK. The worst part about biking is the wind, and the worst is when it's so windy you think that you're AGAINST the wind when you're WITH IT...but you soon find out what "AGAINST" feels like when you finally hit it.
I was gonna do the 30min loop but quickly decided against that. It was damn cold with that wind and pretty ghee.
Lifted after the final, which went quickly.
After our Wellness Presentation, I went running. By then it was pretty warm out, so it was a great run. Felt tired, but otherwise I'm feeling less clunky -- and much better than yesterday. No neuro signs in the R heel.
