Willamette Path AT

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran at noon, a shorter AT - first one since March.

Ran a mile w/Jeff to the South Path. Then I remembered it's closed to the north, so I turned back and did a mile AT along EWEB, then maintained it over the bridge and did another mile on the N side.

Felt OK, but tough: worked on turnover. Shocked to see I split 5:45s. Felt slower. However, fairly labored.

Bike + lift in PM.
