Woke up early at 0545 to lift per usual, only to realize that the Eagle Rec/Strength Center is now on "Summer Hours".  Jimmy'd.  Biked over to Mitchell and basically snuck in with the cardiac rehabbers.  Got in my lift quick and breakfast, then studied a bit for UE.
Did a bit of walking to study, since it was nice out, but I got TERRIBLE GUT ROT from Whitney breakfast, which sucked.
After the UE test, I got in my run.  Rolled the Beer Run route and even went a little long once I got back.  Turned short at TRR, but then added on around the apt to get 7.  Felt good, heels fine.
