Comments:
Easy 4 around town to avoid a really long cool-down after the race later, and also to see what I can do on legs that are not fresh. With doing a tempo saturday, 18 sunday, and then running this morning, I want to see what I can do.
Felt fantastic for the four. Stretching, Rolling.
