Wanted to go a bit longer today, and main goal was to try to avoid the ~25 minute dizziness thats been happening the past few days. Decent pace, still hit the dizziness but now even more than before. I'm going to try to look to see what helps the transition from higher to lower altitude training, because other people in my group are having the same thing right now (or just aren't feeling good training). Got thru the run though, mileage is going to be quite low this week.
