Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran alone for my long run before leaving the cottage. This was a distance and time pr. I had been thinking about running a 20 miler for awhile and I finally did it today. 2 out and backs from the cottage. Stopped for a beer at the half way point. Was kinda pleasant but didn't keep the last half hour from sucking kinda of a lot. Good run though. I was suprised at how far the run was when I mapped it. Good cap off of another good week of training. I'm pumped to get back with everyone on Thursday and have done the last long run alone of the summer.
This is slightly less miles than last week but I was accomplished in only 9 runs so I'm happy with that.
