Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First attempt at a workout! Ran to the track with Ash and Noah to try to get some beginnings of "speed" in (and back). Sooo we did 4x4 with a 400 cooldown. Definitely getting faster running w/ the guys, but wanted to see what I could do myself. Pretty tired from yesterday, but hit 1:35, 1:37, 143. 141. Definitely hardest feeling 4x4 workout because of the breathing and it just feels like you cant go. But the track is literally the most beautiful place because if you walk about 100m/200m theres a viewpoint over the Rift valley. It was fun doing the workout because I got to see Ash and Noah run it too (or Noah paced Ash), they hit like 78,75,74,79. Also, the track is really a social place for Iten. I also never really ran any of the intervals alone because there was a track team doing their warmup, or some kids running along, pretty much everyone wants to help out.
