Comments:
Felt pretty good. Ate more before this run so did not feel so dead near the end. I got chased by a rooster about halfway through. Can you tell I live in the boonies!? Pushed the last 800 and slowly built into that over the last half. Not sure if I buy the max HR my watch gave. The average is high since I did the super hilly (long climbs) from home.
