Comments:
Veale to Mayfield up to Cemetery + 10xhill + back to Veale (with Grese, Cromer) + Veale to Northside, 2 mi. loop back straight to Veale (alone) - I tasted the spicy chicken pizza I had for lunch and it didn't taste so good. The hills weren't awful, but I still felt like I wasn't going that fast, either. I was ahead of Grese and Cromer on each interval, but not until the steep part. I think I was sort of sleepwalking through this workout. I did the cooldown extremely slowly.
