8:30am run to Landon

Weather: barely 80, cloudy

Comments:
i dunno what i've been complaining about - i only have to make one turn to get to landon. its rediculously easy to get there. i dunno how i got so lost last time. i did run with a map this time, and a gps on my ipod in case, so that probably helped.
only ran like 15min with emma at landon. my warm-up/cool-down was just the time it took to get to landon and back (running on my own). started push-ups and crunches, but only did the first set.
wanna go and a short fast run again later today, but will haveta see whether thats a good idea (judge whether or not i'll be able to refrain from running 4 plus miles...)
