Comments:
So I was still pretty sore from my long run yesterday and then driving for 5 hours so I took the run pretty easy. I think I'm just gonna do easy runs all the way though camp since everyone seems to be taking time off or down weeks at this point. Definitly felt better after the run. Still decidint weither or not to double at camp.
