cross training for the week. biked after work because i just really had the urge to. listened to some lupe fiasco the whole time. then ran 6 again, same route as morning, with 1.5 on the track. wanted to go barefoot on the football field but there were lots of people. went pretty quick on the track, did some during the run strides on the track, and semi-hard 400 to close in a 75.
