Comments:
Forgot I had a Dr. appt. at 10:50 so I ran at like 10, realized I was missing it at about 11:10 when I was about to stretch, rushed there. Ate when I got home before doing abs and stretching. 8x30 abs. The run itself wasn't that great, nowhere near as good as my run on Sunday night. Just move on to the next one.
