Beautiful day again, I love this weather! You can start to run at 9AM and not pass out from the heat. Dec ++

Ran 2 warm-up, and then I was thinking I would just run a 4 mile steady state, but upon mapping I found it was 4.65. Always a nice surprise to do more than you thought, particularly on a quick run. That being said, it was a good run. Not flat so it was a bit more tiring steady state than the norm but legit. I ran about 4 cool-down around down.

And now looking at my pace...I suppose it was not a steady state.. Oh well, I felt good until the last hill! And the season is almost here, I have held out on the workouts thus far.
