Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Went with the shortest group in intentions of having an easy day/add on after. The first mile was frustratingly slow, but then Thomas (STA freshman) and I broke off which was nice. Added on 5 laps on the track. Felt the foot a little bit, but now its good! Still quite antsy, but no dizziness today which is a good sign!
