NP: welcome back

Comments:
Huge group. Basically the whole team. Chris John and I started from the house, then ran down to Veale to meet up with everyone. Nice weather. Sweet to be running with everyone. Set out up NP. Mostly everyone did Lee but a few of us just did first lake. I ended at the house too. Ankle was pretty good, legs good too. Stomach ache near the end from the subway though.

Striders on Bellfield, then some stretching and L7 with Chris. Pumped for the meeting and then some back country roads at camp!
