Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
OK run; found out if I DF my ankle then try to keep my knee over my 2nd toe (in essence, internally rotate the tib on a fixed ankle), I could replicate my L medial knee pain -- not extra torquing. No effect on the R side. Did this 5min into my run whilst stretching my achilles/calf.
Pretty OK run, some on/off knee twinges, but otherwise fine. Felt tired. x8 pull-ups. I can't believe I never stopped for push-ups before.
