Comments:
2 mile shake-out in the AM, 3 mile warm-up, 3k in 9:07 at RIT for 12th, 3 mile cooldown. Felt very strong, just need to work on my turn over. Equal to about a 9:44-9:45 3200, which would be my second fastest ever. Off of 1 speed workout so far, I'm pleased with it. 8:50 by the end of indoor?
