Foot wouldnt like the stairs, so went with Polly to STA weight room (or "the dungeon" as she calls it) and ellipticaled. Couldnt really get a good stride on the machine meeh. I need to chill out in terms of training mentality. I guess this down week has gotten me a bit worried/antsy, but still, really gotta take it down a gear.
